Before purchase

Each final listing will show measurements, materials, condition, known repairs or marks, included pieces, and detailed images. Fit guidance will help reduce preventable returns.

Condition-sensitive pieces

Many formal textiles require careful handling. Final return eligibility will depend on the piece remaining unworn, unaltered, clean, free of fragrance, and in the condition documented at shipment.

Planned process

  1. Contact SAMURAIDREAM within the published return window.
  2. Receive approval and packing instructions before sending anything.
  3. Use the required tracked and insured method.
  4. Allow the returned piece to be inspected before a refund is finalized.

Final policy still pending

Altered, worn, damaged, fragrance-exposed, or clearly marked final-sale items may be ineligible. No such restriction applies until it is shown on the final listing and checkout terms.
