Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using samuraidream.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be able to form a binding contract in your location to use any future purchasing service.

The current site is a preview storefront

SAMURAIDREAM is not currently accepting payment, creating customer accounts, or confirming orders through this website. Product names, color studies, descriptions, imagery, filters, and availability may be placeholders or previews. They are provided to show the planned collection and shopping experience, not as binding offers to sell.

The account and inner-page signup forms are inactive local previews. The Contact page opens a draft in your own email application. The homepage newsletter form is active, but joining the list does not create an account, reserve a product, or form a purchase agreement.

Listings, condition, and availability

Before any future payment, SAMURAIDREAM must confirm the item, final price, availability, condition, materials, measurements, included pieces, care needs, and provenance where known. Colors and scale can appear different across screens, lighting, and photography. Descriptive words, styling stories, and visual compositions do not replace the confirmed item details provided before an accepted purchase.

We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or withdraw a preview at any time. No item is reserved until SAMURAIDREAM expressly confirms that reservation in writing.

Saved items, bag, and checkout preview

Saved items and bag selections are stored in your browser. They are convenience tools only. They do not reserve inventory, lock a price, create an account, or create an order. The checkout page is a design preview. Entering contact or delivery details and selecting Continue to secure payment does not transmit those details, charge a card, or place an order.

Future purchases

When sales become available, a purchase will be subject to the product information, price, taxes, shipping terms, return terms, and payment terms shown or provided at that time. Placing a request or submitting payment information will not by itself require SAMURAIDREAM to accept an order. A binding sale will arise only after SAMURAIDREAM sends an express order acceptance or shipment confirmation, subject to applicable law.

SAMURAIDREAM may decline or cancel a proposed order for reasons including unavailability, listing or pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, or inability to complete delivery. If SAMURAIDREAM accepts payment and then cancels, SAMURAIDREAM will issue the refund required by applicable law. Review the current Shipping and Returns pages for the preview framework. Final sales policies will be published before orders open.

Fit guidance and cultural content

Fit, occasion, styling, care, cultural, and historical content is general guidance. It is not a guarantee that a piece will fit, serve every event, or carry one universal meaning. Kimono practice varies by garment, period, region, school, family, setting, and wearer. Item-specific material, maker, age, cultural, historical, and provenance statements will be treated as facts only when SAMURAIDREAM has a reasonable basis to verify them.

You remain responsible for deciding whether a product and styling choice are appropriate for your needs, event, comfort, and circumstances.

Intellectual property

The SAMURAIDREAM name, site design, written content, graphics, logos, product arrangements, and original imagery are owned by SAMURAIDREAM or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, publish, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission, except as the law expressly permits.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity;
• interfere with the site, its security, or another person’s use;
• introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
• scrape, harvest, or use automated systems to extract site content or user information except as allowed by law and our written permission;
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person; or
• use SAMURAIDREAM content or branding in a way that suggests an unauthorized endorsement or relationship.

We may restrict access when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” SAMURAIDREAM disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that preview content will remain unchanged.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAMURAIDREAM and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the site.

For claims arising only from use of this free preview site, our total liability will not exceed 100 US dollars. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including any rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes nonwaivable.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SAMURAIDREAM harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site or material breach of these terms.

Governing law and general terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes relating to these terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms expressly presented for a future accepted purchase, form the agreement concerning the site and that purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and our services change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
